SYNOPSIS

"If you will, it is not the world that pushes me away, it is me who pushes away the world." My dad, whom I haven't seen in nearly 15 years, used to say this. Between us, there is the ocean, but also the tenuous thread of the phone that he continues to inundate with old stories, despite the time and distance.
