SYNOPSIS

Freedom. Children. The film paints sensuous images of children – a «tableau vivant»: Children’s laughter, children’s light, but also children’s shadows. The camera observes unobtrusively but all the more intensely how children and adolescents perceive the world around them and how they behave when they’re given space. A cinematic essay about the essence of – and thus, also a film about us adults.
