SYNOPSIS

At first, they thought it was just a summer storm. Almost two years later, plants are dying and the birds are gone. The sun has become an endangerment for humans as troubled people are consigned to healing centers, and an acute sense of watchfulness permeates the society. Four people struggle for normalcy, and with their own human vagaries atop a once, verdant rooftop deck now in deep decline.
