SYNOPSIS
In 2019, Cannes celebrated cinema for the 72nd time. And for some, it was only the first time they celebrated African film(s). Even though A.G.OR.A. (General Art of African Origin), at the 50th festival, had already been given pride of place by filmmakers from the world over. Between poetry and amnesia, some questions never die, thanks to those who stay vigilant, night and day.
