SYNOPSIS
Paul Warziniek - citizen 4.815.162.342 - is leading a peaceful life. One morning, the artificial intelligence governing his life informs him he has received a parking ticket. The only problem is he doesn't own a car. Paul thus decides to go to the administrative centre to settle what seems to be a mere formality.
