SYNOPSIS

In this essay film, a woman who seeks refuge after a great flood submerges the land, leaving only the City of Koi. Fragmented memories of life before the catastrophe emerge as she maneuvers through the city space. Meditations on the city intersect with personal encounters when water continues to rise. We realize that she is narrating at an impossible post-apocalyptic place in time.
