SYNOPSIS

Street Musician Selection and Placement Examination is held by the municipality to determine the places where street musicians play. The little girl who saves money to buy a red violin wants to take this exam, but she can't.At the exam venue,the jury advises the little girl to enter the new system next year but the musicians and the little girl realize that the exam is nonsense and play together
