A giant water lily grows in the middle of the city, blooming only at night. For over a hundred years, the workers at the Botanical garden of Helsinki have planted the lily from previous year’s seeds. Even though no one ever sees the beauty of the flower, it is taken care of with kindness. Maybe the lily, which is older than any of us, gives us the meaning for time.
