SYNOPSIS

Nakisa sees the injured dog and decides to help him. First, he decides to put the dog in the back seat.But Suddenly, he changes his mind and puts him in the trunk. Nakisa falls into a coma in the accident, while the injured dog is still in the trunk. Now they both have to fight for their life.
