SYNOPSIS

Jean-René is a retired worker. He's lived in France ever since he left Reunion island when he was seventeen. Today, for the first time, he breaks his silence and tells his daughter his story, unveiling mysterious dreams and pain whose origins lie in the wounds of France's colonial history.
