SYNOPSIS

A bystander struggles to intervene when he witnesses an Asian woman racially abused by a white man in a grocery store, a year after the coronavirus pandemic. 'BYSTANDER' is about society's apathy towards the heightened racism that people of East and South East Asian backgrounds have faced.
