SYNOPSIS

Set in Liverpool 1928, the down on his luck and poor circus clown Toby is performing his usual tricks and antics to receive any money from passers-by. However when no one comes near him, he decides to come up with a plan to impress one person enough to give him some money. He chooses "The Woman" to be his oncoming target, but is there more to her than meets the eye?
