SYNOPSIS

Jacob, a cattleman, is been shot by an Arab gang in his pasture. When he wakes up in the hospital and realizes that he can no longer stand on his feet, he refuses life-saving surgery. But then an Arab nurse named Saleh, comes to his room and forcibly takes him for surgery.
