SYNOPSIS

Inspired by Mathieu Kassovitz's film "La Haine", this documentary begins with the mythical scene involving the character Vinz, saying in front of the his mirror: "Are you talking to me?" 25 years later, the inhabitants of Clichy-sous-Bois and Montfermeil answer the question with stories about their daily life in the suburbs and their perception of the police.
