SYNOPSIS

To observe a total eclipse, one would need to be in the umbra, the darkest part of the shadow cast when the moon obscures the sun. The history of predicting the eclipse is also the history of predicting crop yields, the weather, the market. The film navigates through a network of institutional, State and corporate bodies which gather data on earth.
