SYNOPSIS

Johan is the newly appointed chairman of the gender equality group at the theater. At his first meeting with the actor ensemble, he acknowledges his racist and sexist prejudices in order to create a starting point for a group discussion. It starts a chain reaction that cannot be stopped.
