SYNOPSIS

In 1950, Sakuji married his brother's young widow since he was killed during the war. The family scrape together the money to send the couple to a hot spring resort for their honeymoon. Sakuji has always been in love with his brother’s wife, Sayo. However, she still thinks about Genji and carries his letters with her on the trip. The perfect honeymoon turns sour as their secrets spill out.
