SYNOPSIS

The graffiti of a cat is seen everywhere in Tamsui, Taiwan. The artist is a man always dressed in a volunteer firefighter uniform. Driving a van, he delivers gas cylinders to the residents while maintaining the vivid colours in his graffiti. Out of his car window, Lego-like upscale mansions pop out of nowhere. Only his cats stay in Tamsui, witnessing lives and deaths as time goes by.
