SYNOPSIS
During the 1930's and 1940's, C.R. Pleasants was a familiar though hardly ordinary man at California’s fog-bound airfields. He was there to demonstrate the invention he kept hidden behind his double-locked steel doors. He had come to change the weather. The true story of an inventor, his implausible invention, and the family that believed in them both.
