SYNOPSIS

Chibuzo, an Afro-French provisional chief of the Criminal Investigations Division, is upset because too many of his national colleagues routinely abuse members of his community. He and his team have good relations with the population, which has helped reduce tensions in his town. But they erupted with the arrival of its new leader, Léon, who advocates zero tolerance.
