SYNOPSIS

Asude is seventeen. Her goal is to become a kickboxing champion. Thirty years ago, her parents moved from Turkey to rural Bavaria, searching for employment. Asude is quiet, short, she wears glasses and her team-mates are mostly male. Her first fight as a member of the German national kickboxing team will be at the European championships, and of all people, her opponent is from Turkey.
