SYNOPSIS

In a crowded suburban neighborhood, Jacob, a boy in a wheelchair, fights boredom by spying on his neighbors. A girl notices him and says hello with a piece of paper. The new friendship is interrupted when a menacing man approaches the girl and attacks her from behind. Jacob will try to help her, but is he really witnessing a murder with his binoculars, or is he just not seeing the whole picture?
