SYNOPSIS

In this love declaration to artists, their art and their audience, a film-maker tries to absorb the repeated rejections he's facing until, at last, a beautiful fig tree, presumably nourished by his failure, bears sweet fruits. CONVERSATIONS WITH A WHALE was created using analog lenticular animation, and other analog animation techniques.
