SYNOPSIS

Noru, who has Chromesthesia, meets Pancho who is performing a tap dance in a mental hospital. Pancho cannot stop singing and dancing even though the doctors scold him. While Pancho turns the hospital upside down, Noru draws a picture with the sounds he makes.
