SYNOPSIS

Over the years, the entrepreneur Bruno Stefanini bought a high number of houses in the city where he lived, Winterthur, until he owned half of the old town. The houses were hardly renovated, so they offered cheap living spaces for artistic and cultural collectives, while the rest of the city was getting gentrified.
