SYNOPSIS

PIETA is an invitation to reflect on women and mothers' possible destinies, through the story of a loving mother who doesn't have a choice, but accepts it. Her son suffers from a rare neuromuscular disorder. She is his "body", "hands" and "legs". When Anton's illness first manifested itself, in his early childhood, people advised Anton’s mum to get rid of her child.
