SYNOPSIS

Colonialism and modernity, tropics and the arts. Unfolding amidst the environ of the tropics, Seni recalls Singaporean artist, Ho Kok Hoe’s 1955 journey to Europe and the US. Where curatorial legend has it that he embarked with over 200 pieces of artworks by him and 6 artists that culminated in the first exhibition of Singapore art in Europe.
