SYNOPSIS

In DEAR DOG we see, from the perspective of the dogs, how dogs with extreme physical features are overloaded with love and care while suffering from poor health conditions. We see the world from the dog’s point of view and it becomes clear that there is a big difference between the good intentions of the owner and the actual welfare of the animal.
