SYNOPSIS

A Palestinian man in his late thirties, married, with a child, has been detained for years in the Israeli jails and is serving a life sentence. Sami refuses to cooperate with the Israeli prison director, Borda, so the latter prevents his family from visiting him in prison. Against all odds, Borda sends Maher, the prisoners' spokesman, to give him a permit.
