SYNOPSIS

USSR, in the 1960's and 1970's. An ordinary soviet writer lives with his beloved wife, Margo, in a small apartment. He is writing a novel, hoping he will eventually gain recognition, but all publishers reject the few chapters he's sent them, leading him into deep depression, and full of doubts and fears.
