SYNOPSIS

Our rural grandmothers had already developed a philosophy of harmonious temperance. For them, water was precious and not to be wasted. They honored the environment and nature. Early ecologists, our grandmothers were not heeded by the following generations who believed in the dogma of growth and unlimited resources. And yet they were undoubtedly right!
