SYNOPSIS

A couple of journalists, submerged in the supposed freedom of the press, develop a field work gathering documents and testimonies in order to publicly immobilize a group of politicians who try to strip the people of Corral de Piedra ejido. Don Lupe, a 52-year-old watchman, will travel the usual and ambiguous grounds of Mexican administrative ethics.
