Stuttgart, Germany, 1933. Israeli eugenicist Arthur Ruppin visits the Weissenhofsiedlung. Triggered off by flashbacks of his meeting with NS race theorist Hans F.K. Günther, both theories intertwine into a fantasy: Arabs and camels wander around the Bauhaus settlement which resembles Tel Aviv.
