SYNOPSIS

FICTIO LEGIS is a political fable that follows the destiny of a convoy crossing Germany and connecting European economic stories along the way. Wandering people drift from the European Central Bank in Frankfurt to rural areas where the 100 towers of medieval Bologna mysteriously appear.
