SYNOPSIS

Inspired by oriental Telenovelas, SOUND OF SUN playfully tells the story of a rural working class Egyptian woman who we slowly discover to be a vampire. The film follows Nashwa's excruciating effort to suppress her nature for the man she loves amidst a vivid backdrop of class struggle.
