SYNOPSIS

A young soprano sings the "Lamento d'Arianna" at the Teatro La Fenice in Venice. The maze of the Venetian canals is a reflection of the Labyrinth of Parma, where she meets a mysterious man. Is this encounter real? Is she the "Ariadne" of the myth? Who was this man in the audience at the opera?
