SYNOPSIS

Burgaud is having difficulties finding his place in the world of law enforcement. So, when Frank shows up to confess to a double murder, it is more than he could have hoped for! Except he has no proof of the crime, which casts doubt over the confession. Why does Frank want to go to prison so badly?
