SYNOPSIS

COWBOY DAVE is an English true-life folk tale set in the suburbs of Manchester, England in 1991. It follows the coming together of a drifter, a war party and a hustler. The story is based on a real-life fateful encounter director Colin O’Toole had with Factory Records musician Dave Rowbotham.
