SYNOPSIS

16-year-old Joe has ADHD, dyslexia - and a lot of anger. Excluded from mainstream school, his last chance is a new start at Northease Special School. Joe is director Beryl Richards's son and plays himself in FIREWORK with teenagers from Northease as themselves in a film about what it means to be different.
