SYNOPSIS

Fourteen-year-old Josef has terminal cancer. His guardian angel Göran, that only he can see, gives him a book that comes with three wishes. A story of sacrifice and love. Even when life can feel so incredibly unfair, you can always choose to see the beauty in it.
