SYNOPSIS

During the night of 26th October 1922, Italo Balbo, before going to Mussolini, visited Gabriele D’Annunzio to propose to him to lead the movement that was soon to march on Rome. The bard refused and Mussolini became the Duce of Italy, But how would that night have gone had D’Annunzio accepted?
