SYNOPSIS

Russ, an isolated and slightly overweight boy, lives and works at a motel with his parents. When a seemingly sick girl, Bev, and her mother, Mona, come through, Russ becomes fascinated and tries to befriend the girl. In trying to befriend Bev, he ends up causing trouble for her and himself.
