SYNOPSIS

Heroin addict Cato is funding his drug habit by stealing books and reselling them. He has fallen in love with Goth Girl, who works the counter at the local book shop. But shopping mall cop Crab Claw is about to cause him big trouble. Needle Town is a true story.
