SYNOPSIS

Pepper spent her life taking photos of the sea. When she loses all her work in a hurricane’s flood, she puts down her camera forever. Until one night, when the sea comes to Pepper in the guise of a mermaid. Can Pepper overcome her anger at the ocean? At stake is the very heart and soul of an artist.
