SYNOPSIS

Staggering from the battlefield in 1916, a wounded soldier encounters his past, growing ever younger as he travels and arriving at his childhood home as a boy. Now old and frail, his mother has been waiting to see him since he died at the front. After one last embrace, they can both rest in peace.
