SYNOPSIS

STAVANGER tells the story of the farmer Marta who, after the sudden death of her husband, gets sucked into a mixture of sadness, loneliness and suppression. Unable to acknowledge her loss, she is in denial about reality and grasps at the last vestiges of what is left of her husband: his lover.
