SYNOPSIS

When directors François Clos and Thomas Lallier met up with artists of Montreal-based label Constellation in Vienna, their idea was to film the music and also film the city. How to reinterpret, reinvent music in unknown places, far away from stage? Using objects, human possibilites or a whole resonnating place, seven canadian bands performed around in Vienna, so as to brighten the left over acoustics of a cosy empty theater, a recentely abandonned building, or the narrowest kitchen. With humility, simple means and strong belief in their art, they all played the game and we eventually made the room shine.
