SYNOPSIS

After Kim Jong-Il's death, a national mourning period is declared and during this period whoever tries to cross the river is to be executed by a firing squad. On his first time in the border garrison, Keun-sub catches a pregnant woman trying to cross the river. The woman begs for her life.
