SYNOPSIS

Shrouded in a heavy mist, an old Fisherman casts his fishing line from a pier into the dark ocean. An obscure man – the Collector – stands at a distance, with a pocket watch in one hand and a protocol in the other. His eternal duty is to be present at a specific time and place.
