SYNOPSIS

Berlin 1895. The young seamstress Knopka starts working at a tailor's. Having left Russia to forget her past, she meets a baker who has a strong resemblance to her old lover. Caught in his tangled game of closeness and distance, she daydreams... when suddenly the baker turns out to be two of a kind.
